Mid term

I was gonna do some really harsh jump cutting for my video's but since they're really grounded in real life events, I'm feeling that the message might become compromised. I'm now considering a less obvious manipulated edit. I think this approach will keep the piece better rooted to reality. As I'm dealing with some real world concerns, I feel that this is really important. If I let the piece become to overly manipulated by my personal vision, I'm afraid the read will shift away from the issues I'm trying to address, and it'll become more of a purely abstracted personal vision. Since I'm dealing with political/social issues, I think its important that my ideologies not become to seemingly obvious. I want them to remain in the peripheral but not in the direct sight of things. I'm immediately suspect of what I just wrote, but you guys know what I'm gettin at. Right?!
